The Israelites were exiled in Babylon - distant from God’s presence and from the love and belonging they once cherished. In Isaiah 43:19, God promised to lead them back, restoring their first love for Him and bringing them home to where they truly belonged. In this BCS Camp, God will do the same. Just as He made a way in the wilderness, He will lead us home - even when we feel lost, dry, or distant from community. As He brought streams to the wasteland, He will revive love that once felt withered or forgotten - restoring our hearts to Himself and to His church. In Christ and His church, we find our true home - a place of belonging, renewal, and love reborn.

GUIDELINES

Room Capacity

Max 2 adults or youths per room.
Families may share with children/toddlers.

Children & Toddlers

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Extra beds are for children/toddlers only

Passport Validity

Must be valid for at least 6 months from your return date to Singapore.

Special Requests

Indicate any special requests in the Remarks (e.g., roommate, allergies, or other needs).

Enjoy special rates until 31 January 2026. Prices will increase thereafter.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1My passport has less than six months’ validity from my return date to Singapore. Can I still register now and provide you with my new passport details later?

Yes, you may register now using your current passport details and provide us with your new passport information by emailing bcscamp@bcs.org.sg by 31 March 2026.

2I made a mistake when keying in my particulars. How do I change it?

Please send the amendment to bcscamp@bcs.org.sg by 31 March 2026.

3Is my registration confirmed after registering online?

Your registration can only be submitted after full payment has been made and an email will be sent to you from bcscamp@bcs.org.sg.

4My child only turns 6 years old in April 2026. Is he/she considered a child or toddler?

Age is calculated as of 31 May 2026. As your child will be 6 years old by then, he/she should register as a child.

5What if my family size exceeds the combinations listed?

You will need to book an additional room as the combinations listed are based on the maximum number of guests allowed in a room.

6Can I request for an additional bed in my room?

Due to room configurations, the hotels are unable to add any additional beds.

7Can I book a pre-stay or post-stay during registration?

Pre-stay and post-stay options are not offered. Please make your own accommodation arrangements if you require additional nights.

8Can I book my own accommodation and attend the Camp?

We are not accepting registrations for Day Campers at this time. This option may only open if all rooms are fully booked. To secure your participation, please register as soon as possible.

9Can I request for baby cots?

Baby cots are available in limited quantities. To make a request, email bcscamp@bcs.org.sg by 31 March 2026.

10Do I need to arrange my own transport if I arrive earlier than the official camp dates for a pre-stay?

Yes. If you arrive earlier, please make your own transport arrangements.

11If I am unable to go for the camp, can I request for a refund?

Cancellation Policy:

a) Full Refund: Cancellations must be made before 31 March 2026 to receive a full refund. After this date, payment will be forfeited.

b) Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed 8 weeks after the Camp concludes.

12Is there a children's programme? Where will it take place and when should we drop off our child?

Yes, there will be an exciting programme for children and toddlers, held concurrently with the main sessions. Children will be grouped by age (< 7 years and 7–12 years).

13What meals are included in the camp rates, and where will they be served?

All breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included and will be served at the hotel.

14I am attending the camp with someone of the opposite gender. Are we allowed to share a room?

Room sharing is strictly for family members, married couples, and registrants of the same gender. If you need a roommate, please make arrangements with someone of the same gender.
